Payment Options & Privacy
We like to make paying for things as easy as possible, so we accept credit/debit cards, Afterpay and PayPal.
Once you're completed adding items to your cart click the blue Checkout tab where you will then be asked for 1. Shipping details, 2.Delivery method, 3. Payment option, 4. Review and place order. You can also click the PayPal button at checkout and pay with your PayPal account.
We will never collect or store any of your credit card information.
Shipping & Delivery
We will get all items shipped within 1-3 business days.
We ship for free anywhere in Australia all orders of $50 or more.
We normally ship with Australia Post and some larger and overseas orders are shipped by courier.
You are required to select your country and state at checkout and your shipping cost will be calculated automatically.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. After that, you can check out exactly where your package is - please allow 12 hours for shipping information to be updated on the Australia Post or courier website.
All of our orders are shipped with tracking information, because we know how fun it is to keep track of things.
It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to make sure your address details are correct at checkout. We will ship to the address listed on your order unless you contact us prior to your order being sent. We take no responsibility if the address provided is incorrect or out of date or if you have moved. If you do not receive your order due to any of these reasons we cannot resend the goods or issue a refund until we receive the goods back. It is your responsibility to contact the service provider with the tracking number provided to you.
If you are shipping your purchase internationally, the package will only be traceable through the shipping service used. The package will only be traceable once it has passed through customs.
Once we have shipped your order, it is your responsibility to track your package. We have no additional tracking information, other than what we have given you.
All orders that ship to an Australian address will include GST. Orders outside of Australia do not include GST, however, import and tax fees may apply depending on where you live and what your final destination address is. Fees and taxes vary within each country. For more information, feel free to contact your local customs office.
Returns & Exchange
If you would like to return or exchange a good, please contact us with the understanding that some restrictions apply.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
Items that have been used or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange. They are yours to keep. If you believe the item has been damaged during shipping, please let us know within 3 days and we will do everything we can to assist with you. Please include images of the damaged item. Every item we put in the post is packaged securely and will be in pristine, untouched, unused condition.
We will accept returns if we are contacted within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
Shipping costs for returns will not be covered by L’ASCARI.
If the product you wish to exchange for requires additional charges, you will be contacted with the details of the payment options available to you. We reserve the right to repair or replace any item depending on the situation.
Shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer.
Product and ingredient information
L'ASCARI uses essential oils and plant derived botanical extracts in our formulations of many of our products.
We also use both botanical and sometimes man-made ingredients in our range of formulations. The fragrance component of our ranges contains a blend of essentials oils, botanical extracts and synthetic ingredients. Natural components are extracted from plants or flowers such as essential oils, absolutes, and synthetic components are manufactured from lab-made nature identical molecules exactly replicating nature's. All material used in the production of our fragrances is safe for use according to the International Fragrance Regulation Association (IFRA). None of our fragrance contains phthalates or parabens, and none of the ingredients are animal derived, and no products are tested on animals. These blends of ingredients have been applied to achieve an aroma that is more intense and complex, and which has a greater staying power than could be achieved by using essential oils alone. All components of the fragrance blends that we have applied have been carefully considered and evaluated for safety and efficiency to give you the best performing product.
